Most know this has been a busy year. Wife had major open heart and a number of other things going on. Today I figured I try and photo some of the builds I have completed this year but yet to photo or share.
#1: A 3D print I got off the net for free. It's a Buzzard gang car from Mad Max Fury Road. While it MAY not be an exact model of a film car (avoid copyright?) I thought it was a neat addition to my Mad Max fleet.
As offered it said it was 1/25 scale but when I printed it was more like 1/32. So I went into my clicer, scaled it up to more what I thought was correct. I madr the body same size as a VW Bug in 1/25. Tires were all alike so I mirrored 2 and made big and littles. Paint is Dupli-color black and red primer with washes of tan, black and steel.
A nice shelf model and if I wanted a nicer version I'd use the body and tires and make a cjassis with more detail. Thanks
