Just saw a story on NASCAR.com that says that Ned Jarrett has passed away, aged 93. *LINK*
Two-time Champion, 50 wins in the former Grand National, now Cup, series. Later branched out into broadcasting. He was in the booth when his son Dale won the '93 Daytona 500.
R.I.P., Ned.
