Be careful with that Citristrip. I have seen it eat resin! ELO is safe on everything, at least in my experience. *NM*

Memory is a bit fuzzy but I think it does. *NM*
It bothered me that I couldn't remember so I did a test. Yes it does remove the lacquer undercoat. It did take some time though (a couple of hours to be sure). *NM*

Didn't know that came in a pump spray. Is it a more concentrated formula? Stronger smelling? *NM*
Could be just a Canada thing. No worse smelling but not propelled from the can under pressure so less fumes sprayed into the air. Seems thicker too, more like a jell, sticks to the surfaces better. *NM*
Enamels: Zep brand Concrete and Driveway Cleaner Concentrate, unless it is Testor's blue or any flat black, which ain't going nowhere for no one no how....
Cox model airplane fuel seemed to contain 25-35% nitro, 20% castor oil, and the rest could be alcohol, depending on the file I found online. *LINK*
