My friend’s car was definitely J6 as we checked fender tags in the 1980s. My brother’s car was definitely Sublime though we wouldn’t have thought to check the tag in the mid 1970s because it was just a used car then. The point being that the Canadian literature that I posted only showed “Lime Green” which looks like Sublime, but no second colour. Perhaps J6 was a mid year addition that, like pink, was introduced after this particular piece of literature was printed.

My knowledge isn’t that deep, and I suppose it’s beside the point as I’ve already proven that some colour names differed between the US and Canada. The Dart example was just for interest’s sake, food for thought if you will. Not attempting to debate anything, just seeking the actual truth and trying to separate it from all the ‘alternative facts’ on the internet…
