• Been building the 2010 AMT Double Dragster kit in the tin, finished Walts Puffer Fiat & decided to do a side by side twin early rail with dual rear tyres & use the "Streamliner" body panels....anyone ever done it this way?.......the S/L front bits are for the thinner single

  • You'll have to cut away part of the nose pieces; they're designed for the narrower dragster chassis *NM*
  • Back in the early 1980's I bought a large collection of built models from the 50's/early 60's, at a yard sale... In it were about a dozen variations of the original DD, including a streamliner, built using the side by side injected Chevy configuration....
    • Not too many people really think about it, but that kit is an engineering masterpiece, so many interchangeable parts and possible building versions *NM*
