I started out with a grand idea. A tow car, trailer and a sprint car using one base color. Then using our host here and NNL East as the sponsors for the race car. The 2 kits and trailer were given to me and I have an abundance of Arcadian Blue paint from the Ford GT 40 that I am currently building. The trailer went together fine and the paint worked ok. The Chevelle was going great until I unpacked the windshield. It has what looks like tire marks on it but it was sealed in a plastic bag. That's fixable but all along I have been fighting the sprint car. I built 3 of these 15/20 years ago a don't remember them being such a pain. The final straw was my decision to set the sprint car on the trailer. Too wide. Never had an inkling that the tires would be so wide that they wouldn't fit. So they are all going into a box in the closet for awhile. A year, 5 or ten years. I am putting them out of my mind. The best laid plans..........
