Remarkable...the body work...that paint...but, guess I'm stuck on being programmed for gassers all these years. *NM*
Other than the windshield area and grille, I'm not seeing too much Willys there *NM*

I’ve often wondered why you never see a stock Willys coupe show up every now and then. They all started out like that. *NM*
They do turn up every so often. They weren't popular as collector cars prior to the "gasser connection" *NM*
I’ve seen photos of them but have never seen one in person. I wonder if there will come a time when people think they came from the factory as gassers… lol. Just like every Chevelle ever made was an SS model… ;) *NM*
according to the Forgotten Fiberglass website the 100 inch wheelbase chassis lent itsef to use in custom specials and kit cars. *NM*

I'm actually really ahppy to see stock versions of the cars that everyone thinks of as gassers al the time.
That was built here in Oztralia, was the poster car for the NSW/Sydney Hot rod Show. *NM*
I hope it has a bags lift set up. With the pivot point of those rear wheels if the nose goes up even a small amount a lot of the rear near ground body work will be broken off. But beautiful! ;^) *NM*
