I think buying some sealed kits is risky these days, unless one can inspect the kit personally.
I've got two sealed '67 kits: a Mustang bought in the Eighties from a reliable guy, and a Barracuda from my brother, who knew where it had been from '67 on. I don't look for sealed ones myself, but sometimes they find me *NM*
Story popped up on a FB thread the other day...
I've seen instances of that. Actually, I bought two Mustang kits from the guy at the same time. Cracked one open, it's the real deal *NM*
