Further investigation revealed that Walt was NOT removed from the Track in 1963, the finals were rained out and he chose not to return to the make up date.

Pedantic Andy in Oz ??..I know the Walts Puffer DD kit is a bit generic, but the kit Gilmer belt idler is low on the passenger side, near the crank pulley...or high beside the blower pulley on the drivers side...have never seen either, the idler pulley is "normally" on
