I recall that Terry Jesse showed the process for making a EC/SB compatible chassis from the MPC/AMT bits, and that a few years later, Don offered one in resin.
Were R2 to make that official in styrene, so much the better.
A 1:1 in good shape is just about the perfect truck, not too small, not too big, 350 and a TH will run forever. And they look killer with the California 4/6 drop. As noted a few times here, when discussing same with a Chevy dealer from Denver in the early 90's, he said, "I'd take 500 of that style if they could ship them to me, I can sell 'em all day for sticker."
