I tried checking the usual places that sell 3D engines (Iceman, VCG & Texas 3D) but none had the engine listed. I did find the 3D files for a nicely detailed one on Cults3D, but it doesn't have all the lines like you mentioned *LINK*

The link below will show you the engine, and he also offers one the same but without the Corvette emblems on it. At 1/24th to 1/25th scale the fuel lines and such would be really hard to 3D print without them being really fragile.

I did find that AMT offered a 1/6th scale Chevy engine kit with the Rochester Injection setup on it, and it did include the fuel lines. You can try looking on eBay as there are a few sellers offering 3D printed stuff that don't have a website to sell their stuff.
