Miscellaneous Mopar Madness *PICS*
Love the K&K Charger! The Grandpa one is great as well! *NM*
I've pushed snow with a Dodge truck, but never a Plymouth Cuda! *NM*
Not much into yellow, but that GTX is real sweet. (a Cuda clearing snow...??) *NM*
Great engine/chassis shots of that '70! *NM*
If you're thinking of using it as reference, it's probably done right. I think that's in Worman's shop. *NM*
I have other pics with very minor differences but it'salways nice to have more. *NM*
Did you notice the very sparse paint on the bottom of the engine and bellhousing? That sure does not look "right" to me. I'd paint it, right or wrong! Oh, and I just noticed the pics say "APEX" on them. So not GYC. It's still a great job though. *NM*
When a couple of them are coming at you every minute on the line, and you're a half-hour away from "beer o'clock" on Friday, I'd guess someone will miss a spot here or there *NM*
The factory floor vets are always the guys with the loudest chuckles at the idea of what is "correct" - at shows or in online forums
That reminds me of a story on an unrestored Plymouth Satellite in Mopar Collectors Guide years ago...
When I was fixing up my 1970 Dodge Coronet, the first time I went under the car to do some work on it, I saw that the driver side of the car had undercoating on it and there wasn't any undercoating on the passenger side. *NM*
All of the stories like this allow me to step back and take a pause if I find myself getting too ‘rivet county’… I remind myself that very few details are objectively incorrect, as there can be variations from factory to factory, or even associate to associate.
See, I feel that way when I see comments about the correct primer color and overspray on the underside of a model...

I worked at a Chevy dealer in the used car department... and stalked the Ford dealer's dumpster
Depended on your dominant hand when you were at the station in the paint department
Thanks Bill!! *NM*
I’m wondering what colour the brand new 1970 Coronet R/T is. *NM*
Thanks Bill!! *NM*
Is that a Duster grille in the front of that Dart? *NM*
Looks like a Duster 340 (or Twister) grille in what started as a 1971 Plymouth Scamp (which was a Dart Swinger body with a Valiant/Duster front clip). *NM* *LINK* *PIC*
