What color are the shock absorbers ?

Was the bell housing on the 390 4 speed painted engine color or left in bare aluminum ?

What air cleaner assembly was used on the Mustang GT 390 4 bbl ? A chrome open element ? Or a closed air cleaner with a snorkel air inlet ? If it was a closed unit, what color is it ? The model kit that I'm building is the Revell kit that can be built as a stock Mustang GT or the Tasca Ford drag car and has a closed air cleaner assembly with a snorkel air inlet.
