1964 Grand Prix

I am working on an AMT 1964 Pontiac Grand Prix. It was covered in several layers of paint when I got it a few years ago and sat in the paint remover for about a week. The body is pretty clean with a few small flaws and I have polished it with Novus. The molded-in vinyl roof is good. The interior and chassis were painted silver, some of which is not coming off, so I am leaving it for now. The bumper chrome is okay and looks weather worn. The interior has some custom pieces. I redid the chrome on the grilles and custom interion center console. I will leave it unpainted for now. I would like to find a set of 6 bolt Pontiac wheels. I cannot find a kit with a set. Is there a company that makes a good 6 bolt wheel? Thanks :)

- Howard......I assume you mean Pontiac 8 bolt wheels.....the Moebius 1961 Ventura has a nice 4 piece wheel, I think all their Pontiacs have the 8 lug wheels, AMT's 1965 Pontiac 2+2 has a nice one piece chromed set of 8 lug wheels. *NM*

    - I may be wrong,Howard but I think Bob is referring to the wheels you're looking for, not the actual car. , , BTW, if you're going replica stock, there's actually at least 3 different center caps for the 8-bolt wheels depending on the year you want. *NM*
      - Correct - the '63-4 is a different wheel from the more common (later) 8-lugs
