Pros include a nice body (really a tudor sedan with an opening rear door) and mag wheels (worth the price of admission on their own)
The frame, while not accurate for a 32 Ford (the real Deuce rails are taller, and can be seen between the running boards and the bottom of the body) has some pretty nice suspension components.
The only real downside is a not very accurate grilleshell and insert. It's pretty clumsy. That can be substituted by the AMT pieces if you have any floating around.
That's my opinion, free of charge and worth every penny.
