• Hemmings.com posted a story today, featuring a Graveyard Cars video--Mark Worman has found a '74 'Cuda 360...with all of SIX MILES on the odometer!! Dealer in Texas never sold the car when it was new! Mark says he first saw it on the showroom floor of the dealer's old store *LINK* *PIC*

  • I had a Dodge dealer in Alexis, IL that would take vehicles he didn't sell in a year, and parke them next to the farm he had on his farm.
    • There was a Chevy dealer in the Midwest that did the same thing. Those cars sat in a field and were auctioned off a few years ago...
    • Sounds similar to Lambrecht Chevrolet in Pierce, Nebraska. He would take his old inventory, and store it in an open field. He even did that to his trade-ins. Entire collection was sold off in 2012 or so.
      • When I was car shopping in 1979, one AMC dealer had a new '77 Gremlin. I might have been interested, had it not been a four-cylinder car (those had a VW/Audi engine which were junk) *NM*
        • There were a lot of those places before the great purges of the '90s-on
          • One of my brothers bought a new 2000 Ford Lightning in 2002. Still has it! *NM*
            • There was a Ford dealer in central Texas a few yearsd ago, that lost its franchise after Ford decided that the previous franchise owner 'lacked authority' to sell it... *LINK*
