I think that might be the one that comes with the '64 Cutlass ragtop kit for the salt flats racer.

I made one years ago from a clear plastic packaging around a small liightbulb and cut to fit my needs *NM*

It might be possible to make one from flat stock...cut the hole first, then use a piece of paper to make the template *NM*
That's got to be an Indy car or F1 - the rivet detail at the bottom should be a tell. BTW, super creative build, I really like it *NM*
