In reverse order since January.
A western US style log truck based on a real truck. AMT Cross Country Hauler and Peerless log trailer kits with a modified longer hood, resin exhaust mounts from Jamie R, frame rails from the late Gary Wallace, modified Detroit Diesel 8v71 reworked into a 12v71, suspension from an AMT Alaskan Hauler. Those stylish 70's "Class of the industry" stripes are from modeltruckers.com.
A single drive axle Peterbilt model 282 cabover. This is sort of a parts-box-build. Built from left over and old parts. The cab was modified to a non-sleeper style, the engine from an AMT White-Freightliner kit. The kit deep taper bumper was reworked into a narrow taper style.
1980 Pontiac Bonneville Safari, 3d body from Robert Burns and a friend printed the interiors for me. Those Rally wheels and whitewalls are from 3dScaleParts(is that name?), the woodgrain decals were custom created for me by STS decals. The color is Pontiac Castilian Bronze mixed in a rattle can by Automotive Touchup.com. This is based on the car I owned back in the day
A couple of FWD cabs, a modified 3d piece from Brian Dutz and an Illini resin cab and scratchbuilt hood for future builds.
Normally by the time of year I've finished 6 builds.
Thanks for looking!
