Well last week I finally finished my Project Revan and it's another one for the books. *LINK*

I worked on Revan off and on for about three years and until the last few weeks it had been on hiatus for around a year. I finally decided to go for broke and after a few final thrashes I finally got it done.
Revan is a curbside, restoration build based on a previously partially built (not by me) MPC 1978 Ford E-150 van with an aftermarket 4x4 conversation. None of it had ever been painted.
The body is mostly from the kit but I removed the scripts and the hood peak. I painted the side and rear door windows black from the inside as there is nothing on the inside to see. It's painted in Duplicolor metallic silver over gray primer and overcoated with Tamiya clear gloss. The gas cap is from the eternal AMT 1949 Ford while the side marker lenses are from my parts stash and painted Tamiya clear red and amber. The license plates are from my collection. The roof rack is resin 3-D part that is held down with Micro Liquitape so I can remove it whenever I choose. I hope to add some gear somewhere in the future. I adapted the custom front grille from the same series AMT Ford van kit. The ladder is from the original kit.
The chassis is straight from the kit but I had to make a lot or repairs as it was in bad shape. It was painted flat black for simplicity. The wheels are from the Moebius 1970 Ford F-100 4x4 kit while the tires are from the base kit.
The interior is from the kit except for the steering wheel/column unit. It is painted a lighter shade of silver over gray primer and sprayed with Tamiya clear flat.
The body to chassis/interior fit was pretty poor which resulted in my having to do some crude snipping and trimming during final assembly to get it all together. None of that is visible after completion.
I am pretty pleased with it overall despite the many flaws as I met all of the original project goals plus a few that I added along the way. It is my first completion of 2026 and comes just a little over a year after my last completion.

Thanks to all of you for taking the time to check out this final installment on Project Revan. I hope some of you like my model.
