I recall a great kerfluffle when the kit was released, which disappointed a lot of people.

However, seeing it on the table with the other R2 entries this year, I'm going to re-evaluate my position.

The race parts and doo-dads, plus the decals have the opportunity to take some of the burn off the collective opinion about the body.

That said, I tripped over an AMT partial buildup that is really cherry, so it will be interesting to A/B the shapes and perhaps bash the two (given the AMT is incomplete.)
