When I was selling LOTS of my own PENNGWEN decals, decals I did the art, printed etc. A guy ordered a bunch, I didn't think much of it. He turned around and sold photo copies on my decals. If there was white he copied on white paper. Informed ebay and they did nothing saying the seller said I stole his work. I showed where he ordered from me and then ebay said to take it to the legal system outside ebay. Right.....I had $$ for a out of state suit.

One thing I did do was buy everything he had listed and not pay. He had to cancel all and relist. I don't think you can even do that today.
