The 273 finned valve covers would be a great little project for someone to 3D print. *NM*

AFAIK the only 273 was the IMC/Testors/Lindberg L700 truck tho' its not a great one,I'd use the engine bay & engine from the AMT 1971 Duster, its 4 barrel intake & 340 exhaust manifolds aren't correct for a 273 but its close, the 3 extra rockers per side are a bonus....lol. *NM*
Saw a 68 Barracuda in NZ last year, absolute beauty. Not sure of the engine but the right hand drive was mind bending *NM*
If somebody does, I hope it's the 273 Commando version *PIC*
Thats the version I'd like to build, a mate in 1980's had a 65 Barracuda with the 273 Commando V8, 1st Barracuda I'd seen close up in Oz, it used Oz Valiant RHD firewall/dash/steering & was just a neat car....bought my 68 Phoenix 4dr H/top(US Plymouth Fury 3) from him. *NM*
Thanks for the 273 Commando engine pic, remindered me that they had the bolt on fins on the rocker covers......lol.i *NM*
I always thought it was a little odd, but the overall appearance was good. An acquaintance many years ago had a ‘65 Barracuda, black with red interior and 273 Commando. It was a nice looking package. *NM*
