This weekend at the International Center on Airport Road is Motorama Custom Car & Truck Show. I spend a few hours there Thursday, Friday and Saturday, drooling over some great cars and one amazing truck! Here are some teasers to make you look at my album :) Enjoy...
The lineup was 3 wide and about 1/2 mile long to get in for the displays and vendors, starting about sun-upThursday to late in the evening. They were all ready for show opening Friday at 10AM.

I first saw 'Dinoland' about 52 years ago at a show in Hamilton, Ontario, back when I was working with the show producer. The car came out of retirement with a new owner last year. It has not has any repairs. There are dents, cracked paint, lots of wear and tear and all original. The nose is fiberglass and the body is factory steel and needs 4 people to lift it. Mark is going to add a small motor to help move the body up and down...he hates hernias :( I gave Mark a copy of the picture I took 52 years ago.

Here is a super neat trailer. It lowers and raises so you drive or pull the car on a flat surface, reduced spoiler and body scraping, easier on the race track after an incident...fron flat on the ground to about 1 foot off the ground...
