has anyone tried to put a 66 ford fairlane chassis under a 66 marlin, just wanted to know if cutting marlins tub or fairlane trans tunnel *NM*

Speaking of pro-tourings and '66 Ramblers, have you seen the latest issue of Hot Rod (Spring 2026)? Dodge stret rod on the cover, but inside there's a feature on a pro-touring Rambler WAGON!! *LINK* *PIC*
The independent suspension swaps (Corvette, or Jaguar sedan) seem to be the way to go for those. Gets rid of the torque tube rear axle, and the unavailable front suspension parts *NM*
