It's from the 1969 dealership data book. Can't tell if it has the Hemi badges on it though, which is still a curiosity. Were they planning to put the Hemi into non-R/T Chargers, or did styling just place the Hemi badge on there as part of the design process? Maybe the car itself didn't even have a Hemi in it.
