I was going by this… *PIC*
In Response To: The '69 Charger sales brochures says it's the "recall" aluminum wheels. Of course that brochure was probably printed in the Summer of '68. I agree, the steelies ended up being standard on the Hemis. *NM* ()

Then after the “recall wheels” were recalled, IIRC they were replaced with 15” steelies with Monaco wheel covers - not 100% sure on that.
