Reminds m of a Car and Driver reader who wrote in about Dodge's then-new ad slogan "Dodge: America's Driving Machines'

whereupon the reader asked if this means that Maytag (or was it Whirlpool?) would start advertising that it was "America's Washing Machines!"

Hmm...on a related note, I see that one of Steve Magnante's recent 'Junkyard Crawls' was on an '80s Chrysler Lebaron convertible...what, has he run out of musclecars up there in New England to find? One I did watch was on a partial '70 Super Bee he 'discovered' (only things left was the engine compartment with the VIN and at least one front wheel still attached, and part of the driver's footwell...turns out it was abase 383 car in white.

I couldn't help noticing something interesting about this Friday's random image posts... Both Bill and I included images of Chrysler K cars in our selections (Bill, a very clean Aries wagon and me, a mockup of my Dogde 600 ragtop project)
