The 1:1 car fell into a marketing trap where the planners thought they had the perfect intersection of Mustang and Fairlane, but got the opposite.
To heavy and expensive to really appeal to the economical Falcon buyer, but not hot enough to take the Mustangers who needed a skosh more room.
Still though, the '67 was available with the 4V 289, Bucket seats and a 4-speed, a prett nice little whip as long as you were not hunting GTOs with it.
