....Yeah, I know, these don't get a lot of love, and we've been over the mindset behind the series ad nauseam, but I like them and I've built several of them, and yes out of the box they are pretty cartoonish and silly and the tires make no sense......anyway here is my latest, the 65 Fairlane, slammed the body down on the chassis and redrilled the chassis axle locators to get the wheels up in the body as far as possible, and hogged out the fenders even further. I like the box art on most of them, and usually copy it on the ones I've done so far, the Falcon being the exception. I renumbered it 31 from 21 on the box art. I layed the 3 decal right over the 2, something some local lowbuck racer may have done.

The paint is some hardware store blue, I had planned to weather it and beat it up a bit, but I only got this far with it. Other than the chassis mods, it's right out of the box. Love em or hate em, here's mine.
