A new or fresh basement has endless possibilities...
In Response To: Moving and setting up a new basement workhop is a huge achievement in itself! I moved mine from the 2nd floor to a newly finished basement about six years ago and i am still not completely done setting it up, but boy was it an improvement in terms of modeling builds! TB *NM* ()

You could write a book about basement modelling, walls of posters and photographs, work benches and build areas, spray booths, display shelves, slot car set-ups, stashes, etc., etc., etc.. :) Just what you need, another book idea :)
