- Gary, actually the engine is a 454, which wasn't available in '62 therefore you didn't see the motor in the movie. I used the one from the AMT '70 Impala for my build.. . . *PIC*
- Dave, is there a color you are aware of in Testors or Tamiya that comes close to matching the color on the '29 roadster?? Thanks. *NM*
- I have one of those kits - this is interesting to follow.
- A 409 or even a 327 would have been tough to get for a typical hot rodder in 1962. More readily available engines would include an Oldsmobile J-2, Chrysler 354 or 392, maybe a dual quad Cad Eldorado mill *NM*
- Interesting...Ertl's 1/18 Falfa car has a "straight" axle, and a flip front end...different from Revell's. . . . *NM*

- The AMT[X-MPC] '84 GMC 4X4, '80 Monte Carlo and, IIRC, the '86 Elcamino also have autos in them. The Monte Carlo and Elcamino trannys should be TH350s like what would have came in a Camaro. *NM*
