Not sure what the huge issue is, but even with stylistic differences the grills aren't hard to interchange... *PIC*

...a few seconds of whittling on the r/h side of the radiator support can produce an acceptable fit.

Truth is, neither one is 100% accurate but I favor the bronco grill with the open center section (bars need some thinning) and the deeper set headlight area.
The bronco kit also supplies the only accurate bumper and 351M/400 mill for '78/'79 as well, whether its being used in/on a bronco or regular cab truck.
