• Bill Secules and I were talking about the 1972 Satellite used in the movie Shaft's Big Score. It was seen throughout the movie and was involved in a chase scene with a 1968 Ford Torino FB. Here's a link to it. .......... *NM* *LINK*
  • I don't think I've ever seen that movie... But seeing the signs to the Whitestone bridge sure brought up memories. I lived in Throggs Neck and I could see the bridge from my bedroom window, mid-1968 *NM*

      • NYC and more specific Bronx NYC, by the background it appears to be around Ferry's Point... From what I remember Whitestone dumps off in the Ferry's Point and Throggs Neck area *NM*
        • I want to say that was Ferry's Point because there's a lot of open undeveloped space because where I was (Throggs Neck) had new development and wasn't junky at all. *NM*
