I'll never understand why AMT re-released the convertible '61 as a Trophy instead of the Starliner
In Response To: His '61 Starliner must be a resin one, as the original one does have an engine. Totally different kit from the oft-reissued Club Victoria hardtop *NM* ()

Maybe that was just how the kit was configured in the tool crib... but it seems the commercial potential would be much higher with the HT vs CVT.

Or they just wanted to drop a convertible in the line to go with all the other HT Trophys... oh well.
