Rumor had it that Pontiac gave a 2+2 to Richard Petty, but it painted it black... *PIC*

Internet doesn't confirm it. Pontiac did build the prototype 2+2 in black, though. There's also a Grand Prix in Dark Cherry Metallic, that was built in '85. Has the '86 2+2 nose, but not the rear glass. Sold through Mecom Auctions some time ago.
