A dozen or so was the initial order around that time, it probably just didn't catch on...

...in late '66, even "The Hero" got 17 episodes. The intro for that one recently made it onto YT, look up TV shows from 1966-67. Those Good Guys kits turned up semi-often until a few years back when I thought about getting one. I'm over it now (though I do have a "Hero" Imperial...)
