I believe the two 1:1 GTOs were built on the four-door wheelbase, with the rear wheel openings moved back on the quarter panels *NM*

Yep, doubt it. I'd think there would be some heart for a resin copy of the Pearson body, even if not transparent

Looks like the SSlasher will have Center Lines...or something similar. Darn, not a fan of those wheels. *NM*
Anything else would have been better.....along with stock wheels.....also *PIC*
AMT's Chevelle interior has the separate rear seat *NM*
THX *NM*
Easiest kitbash ever - Tom Mooty to the Poppy Red Courtesy Phone, please!
Did Hurtubise ever use the '72 front end? The MPC kit appeared that way first...
Your guess good as mine... no idea on Herk's Chevelle. I want to see a faux Roy Tyner Pepsi Carolina Bottlers Grand Prix box!
I got a decent deal on my Hurtubise Chevelle kit at the time...

I wonder if Round2 could reissue the clear body Pearson GTO? *NM*
The highly polished core is still in production, but ...
Link to his build inside *NM* *LINK*
Thanks for the detailed info. A clear body ‘72 would be nice. *NM*
Only if the windows were part of the body this time...no glue marks on the body from putting them in! *NM*
They could re-engineer the glass to fit inside the body like a snap kit without needing any glue to be used. Again, as we always seem to hear…probably not enough return on investment. *NM*

The model pictured looks like the AMT kit with the retooled updated front grill and fender lights. *NM*
THX 2 *NM*
I like! I want to build one of these someday as a reminiscence of the one I built as a kid! *NM*
I wish they included the stock wheels so you could build a stock version. I never did like the original version of the stock wheels by MPC. The rim edges were too thick. AMT’s version, old and new tool (70.5 z28) are much better, but I wish they were chrome plated. *NM*
I’m planning to build it using wheels from the recent reissue of the “Streaker Vette” ’67 Stingray. *NM*
