Super cool build! I like the Induction system you chose. You've probably been asked before, but what is that circular thing poking up through the fender by the firewall? At first I thought it was a magnet to hold on the hood, but the hood doesn't sit on it. *NM*
Hey Mike, It's just a straight pin head to cover a hole I forgot to fill before painting. Just a quick decision to cover it with a contest coming up quick at least 30 years ago. A lack of experience contesting back then. *NM*

That's the same thing I wound up doing with my '30 Vicky gasser, after I forgot to fill the cowl light mounting holes before painting.... *NM* *PIC*
