That is a 1948 Marmon Herrington model TC44 trackless trolley bus... It was part of the Milwaukee & Suburban Transport Company's fleet from 1948 - 1965.
I remember something like that running around Dayton Ohio on the east side of town on US 35.....
I’d guess triple digits based on the Roden (IIRC) 1/35 GMC Silversides. *NM*
