Well a gas turbine engine is essentially a jet engine quite similar to the engines in modern air crafts. *NM*

For those of you that love (like me) the Chrysler Turbine car, here's a video of Jay Leno's newly restored car. *NM* *LINK*

I beg to differ. I work for a major company that makes several types of turbine engines. Some of them are jets. To simplify, the exhaust coming out of a jet engine's back end propels the aircraft. A (non-jet) turbine engine produces mostly mechanical force
First let me say Thank You for posting this, Secondly this is my all time favorite car. I am not a Chrysler products guy by any means. I don't hate them by any means either. But there is something about this car that mesmerizes me. I was lucky
But do have THE book on the Chrysler Turbine Car? *LINK* *PIC*
I have that one. *NM*
Yes I do! *NM*
Did somebody say Turbine Car??? If I had Leno's money, I'd have a fiberglass replica made and build one my way...... 😎 *PIC*
There you go!👍🏼 *NM*
If I had Leno's money I'd have that Turbine properly restored. It may run, but doesn't appear to be in very good condition. *NM*
Did you notice the convoy following it?? Hope they didn't melt the bumper off that Tahoe.... *NM*
