- The speedway's 63-acre parcel changed ownership two years ago and developers plan to transform it into an industrial park following the 2024 season. Per CBSNews *NM* *LINK*
- Well that sucks *NM*
- It's California. They'll probably never re-open Auto Club Speedway (Fontana) which was demolished in 2023. Sold off a ton of property to a developer. Promised NASCAR racing would be back in 18 months but so far not much has happened.
