Agree, for a competition engine. Bashing the best parts of each should get a very convincing Boss *NM*

I'm familiar with the Jo-Han 429s. To my eye they're the best in 1/25. *NM*

Dunno if this'll work. Pic from facebook found through an image search. I think I know what I'll be wanting to do with the Mobeius Maverick once it comes out. WARNING: if this works, the pic is HUGE! *PIC*
Please let me know if the pic comes through or not. *NM*

I do just that, but sometimes the picture still isn't visible for others. *NM*
Those that do not show up may be if you tried to post from a file on your computer? That way has a VERY small maximum size limit. You need to post pics of just about any size here with a URL to get them to work. *NM*
Yep, and not too big either. Neat subject! Good luck with your replica! *NM*
I can see it fine! Neat Project! Yeah, I'm in on that Moebius Kit too, probably more than one! *NM*
Anybody know what model year it is supposed to be? *NM*
'70 or '71 judging by the grille. Later ones didn't have the center medallion *NM*
Cool, I was hoping it was an earlier one, so it had the smaller bumper. *NM*
I'm looking forward to the Moebius version. I'm so brilliant (NOT), I once had 2, that's 2, Jo-Han Mavericks. I sold them then regretted it all these years. Those kits had stock 6 and Boss 429. Where can I get 1/25 Boss 429s??? *NM*
Are 1/25 429s rare? I know where there is one. *NM*
Jim, I don't know how rare but they've been hard for me to find in my "stuff" and I have a bunch of "STUFF"!! *NM*
Revell 1970 Boss 429 Mustang would be the most common. *NM*
Andy, aren't the Revell's 1/24? *NM*
Yeh, you're right.......maybe you could pretend its one of those Boss style 600 cube Mountain Motors......lol. *NM*
Well, do you need one for a special project, or what? *NM*
Jim, everything is a project to me. Special? All my projects are SPECIAL, to me.🤡 *NM*
I just remembered. Don't the AMT '70 Galaxies have the Boss 429 engine? *NM*
Just answered my own question. Yes, the AMT '70 Galaxie does have a Boss 429. Yippee!! *NM*
The recent '73 Cougar has one in the box - but wildly incorrect for the year/model
The one in the MPC Mustang is cobbed together from the 428 CJ. The Cougar piece is better, though not quite up to the Jo-Han unit *NM*

Thanks to the internet I just found out this recent reissued '73 Cougar has a Boss 429.
