  • I've done flat and satin black over red plastic, no bleed through, but I'd do more than one coat. I'd sand the plastic first. That said, I'd still do a test spray. *NM*
  • Generally - no. But I'd basecoat with a black primer first and wait it out for a week or two *NM*
