Close to a friend's house - Burgundy with the black on black. Dont recall if it was a 4-speed or not, but that would have put me over the top. Was still pretty solid for a 12-year-old Detroit area car.
Several years later, another friend from the advertising car prep business (owned a body shop, was a friend of prominent local drag racers) picked up a black/black Cyclone from a Ford employee who leased, then tagged it for himself.
We spent a while going over it for the HP clues. There is a great deal of controversy in the collector community now about the "D" and "K" engine designations. Both indicate 4V 289s, but, the "D" is claimed to be the HP version, where the "K" is a 4V 225 HP with chrome engine dress.
In any case, a fun collector car that you can drive and enjoy, if you can find a good one.
