A better idea of you project might help, there are a variety of possible ways to go.
Typical "hemi" engines were generously proportioned in scale, because, "Hemi!" - the bigger the better. Translation - the distinctions of 1/24 and 1/25 blur somewhat.
You could probably cheat a 3X2 intake for an early engine by cribbing the blower intake from the display engine in the recent AMT '63 Nova 'annual' repro or the upcoming "Bossa Nova" ...
I would go out on a limb (absent the ability to survey my typically dystopian collection of .... stuff ....) and suggest that the '25 T Super Marauder intake for the Lincoln might be good enough to pass. with a few tweaks.
Failing that, the '29 A (Mod Rod and predecessors) has a 2X4 intake that might be camoflaged to suggest a 3X2.
Personally, that bad boy needed at LEAST 6 carbs to really get up on the cam and go - such as the DeSoto in Lil' Coffin or the 1/25 Revell Rayson Craft Drag boat.
