I'd rather have a surprise every ten or twenty years than the annual certainty of tornados, hurricanes or floods in other parts of the country.

    - Well, I've lived thru 2 or 3 big ones with no problems. You can have the tornados. Where abouts does your nephew live?? *NM*
      - In Metro LA, has an apartment with the GF about 10 minutes from Century City *NM*
      - I’d rather have a little shaking going on than have everything I own wiped out by a tornado. As long as I’m not under my car on those rickety Harbor Freight jack stands when it happens, I’m good. lol! *NM*
