Thank you. That is kind of what I've been doing. It worked with the small decals I'm just worried about the long ones tearing. *NM*

I've encountered the same problem. I checked around with other forums, some military. The advice I was given worked for me. Warm to almost hot water, then pressure with the fingers back and forth to break loose the glue holding the decal. Good luck! *NM*

Question for the board........

Maybe cut the longer ones into shorter lengths and rejoin them on the model? *NM*
If you cut stripes, snip them at the model's scribe lines thru the backing paper if possible. Work with the smaller pieces starting with the middle and work outward carefully rather than trying to deal with a really long stripe if the decals are iffy. Might help.
Nobody is saying Revell Mach 1 but are you saying Revell Mach 1? I like this application technique!
DOH! I composed my answer in the Text Box in order to see the whole thing rather than scoot it around in the short Subject Box, then moved it up to the Subject Box but forgot to delete it from the Text Box. Sorry. *NM*
I wish the subject box was bigger. Also, I wish you could scoot around and edit mis-spellings easier. My corrective text feature doesn’t work on this site. Ugh! *NM*
Add some Dawn Dish Soap to the water. *NM*
