Has anyone tried sending 3d printed wheels to get chromed? *NM*
Depends on the material. Years ago I sent a few things in to be plated. Didn't work at all. I believe it was some sort of nylon material. Like I said, it was years ago. I would think todays materials are better. *NM*
Who is doing vacuum metallizing (plastic plating) now? *NM*

Honestly, I wouldn't bother.... A quick hit of Revell Chrom spray will likely get you great results. (Have I mentioned how much I like that product?) *NM*

Oops, I'm sorry. Let's break this down to common sense. If I knew, would I be asking? Let me tell you the answer. No. I wouldn't be asking. I would simply state where I knew to go get parts plated. Straight forward enough? Furthermore..
Before Dale Horner retired, I asked about sending 3-D printed parts to him [LMKC] for plating. He told me he wasn't having much luck plating them so I didn't bother. *NM*
