I stick 'em in a zip-lok baggie and hose them down with pump spray Easy-Off, which is thicker then aerosol can stuff. Let it set for a week or 2 Don't worry about the glass, if it's OK now it won't hurt it. If it's toast, it's toast.

Question for you all that rebuild old models. I have recently come into the possession of several old built models. I have never redone an old model and I would like to know the process you use to successfully dismantle an old glue bomb. Any help appreciated. *NM*

- I rebuilt 4 Johan gluebombs but I was able to get most of them apart with gentle persuasion,I used Tamiya polish on the windows with a damp cloth,prised the various fins & louvres off & wet sanded the bodys,was able to get grilles & bumpers via Scott Liggett on here,I can't

- Glue bonds from the day can be really hard to handle - but mineral spririts are patience will usually carry the day
