- I saw where Moebius is doing both a stock and a restomod 1965 Nova kits. *NM*
- I have the stock kit and it looks really nice though I haven't started it yet. I did find a sweet red one online that I will do a replica of. *NM*
- Are they 2-N-1, or separate kits? *NM*
- Man, I was really hoping they would do a stock version of the 2 door sedan. Oh well, it’s not like I don’t have a zillion other projects to do… *NM*
- Heard from a vendor friend at an IPMS contest on Saturday that Moebius has plans to do a kit of an early '70s Ford Maverick later this year. Checked the internet, and the Maverick plans were in the workd years ago.
- Usualy Moebius takes around 3 years before a "new" kit finally hits the shelves. But let's hope they will be here soon :-) *NM*
- Yes, they were announced at a show last fall along with the '67/'68 Chevy pickups. I was very surprised at the announcement after all that time , , , All new kit too, if I understand correctly. *NM*
- Years ago I sold the only 2 Jo-Han Mavericks I had. Been waiting a long time to build 1 or 2.----1976 MAVERICK STALLION INSIDE-----
- Great news. One of my best buddies had a '70 Maverick in high school, that went through everything. I had a Johan promo that I gave to him years ago only to be lost when his apartment flooded out sometime after. Never did replace the Johan, but this would help! *NM*
- The JoHan '70 Maverick, built as a replica of the car I learned to drive in....pic
- Maverick kits were never a big seller here in Oz as we still had Frod Australia making the Falcon(up to 2016), which I understand the Maverick took the place of in the Frod USA lineup. *NM*
- Comet is an easy changeover, will be interested to see the level of detail
- I have a red diecast Maverick "kit" from a company I've never heard of before. I think it's a '74 or so. *NM*
- I sure hope so! I think I'll need one or two. *NM*
